Housing Checklist
Although first- time resident students are often anxious about having everything they think they will need right away, it is often best to wait until you have been in the room awhile to decide what you really need and what the space will comfortably allow. Please understand that space is limited. Here is a list that will help you when you pack.
What to Bring
- Alarm clock/radio
- Bed linens (twin 36x80 extra- long)
- Blanket and/or comforter
- Mattress pad
- Cleaning supplies (glass cleaner, furniture polish, broom & dustpan, bathroom cleaner, sponge)
- Desk lamp
- Hangers
- Laundry basket & detergent
- Pillow
- Safe keeping combination lock
- School supplies (paper, pen, scissors, notebook, etc.)
- Toiletries
- Towels, washcloths, etc.
- Laptop computer
Order linens for your residence hall.
Electrical items
All rooms come equipped with a small refrigerator. These units are designed to save energy and are very convenient, combining a refrigerator and freezer. Please do not bring a refrigerator or microwave to school. Microwaves are provided in the common areas.
