As a Computer Information Systems major, you’ll be taking on new responsibilities in addition to the ones you already have. That’s why we’ve made it easier for you to do it all, with learning technologies that bring the classroom to you. 

Candidates for an online Computer Information Systems degree must fulfill the following admissions requirements: 

• Candidates must possess either a high school graduation credential or high school equivalency diploma, or a recognized college associate degree or higher as listed in the transfer admissions policy.
• Candidates must also submit a completed application for admission, as well as a personal statement or essay.

Online CIS applicants also participate in a pre-admission interview.

ACM’s Monroe chapter invites students to participate in their many competitions, seminars, lectures, and workshops.
• Members of our Information Technology Student Association (ITSA) hosts visiting speakers, organizes tech challenges, and holds other networking events throughout the year. ITSA members also volunteer their skills and services to help local businesses.
