Monroe offers an American Heart Association certification course. Designed for health care professionals and those entering a medical or allied health program, this CPR/AED Course will include the basic techniques of adult and pediatric CPR and use of an Automated External Defibrillator. The course includes one- and two-person rescue techniques. Upon completion of this course, students receive an American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Course Completion Card that is valid for two years.
