Hospitality Management majors can also choose one of two specializations:
The Culinary Management concentration focuses on menu planning and design, catering management, entrepreneurship, cooking principles and techniques; and budgeting for food, beverage, and staff expenses.
The Tourism and Destination Management concentration focuses on meeting and event planning, entrepreneurship, destination marketing, and niche tourism (for example, activity-based tourism or tours to cultural heritage sites).
You’ll learn it all from instructors who have had their skills tested in a world capital for dining, hospitality, and tourism: New York City.** They embody the ideals of our program — pride, passion, and professionalism — and they are ready to share their experiences with you.
