CINY’s fully accredited Hospitality Management curriculum focuses heavily on industry-specific business principles, as well as the communication skills you’ll need to create truly exceptional guest experiences. And as a BBA candidate, you’ll also be able to choose one of two areas of concentration:
Culinary Management: Learn about the finer points of menu planning and design, catering management, cooking principles and techniques, and creating cost-effective budgets for food, beverage, and staff expenses.
Tourism and Destination Management: Build your proficiency in meeting and event planning, destination marketing, and niche tourism (for example, activity-based tourism or tours to cultural heritage sites).
Both concentrations place a strong emphasis on entrepreneurship in hospitality. No matter where you dream of working — a hotel, restaurant, resort, or even a cruise ship or theme park — you’ll have what you need, not only to succeed in your career but to exceedyour expectations.
