national corporate partnerships with companies looking for new talent or
seeking ways to improve current employee performance. The Corporate Partnership
Program establishes corporate relationships through various means: internships,
employee recruiting, customized workforce training and educational grants.

field of interest. Typically, interns are nearing the completion of their
degree programs. Internships follow our 15 week semester and students are
awarded three credits. Monroe provides dedicated intern coordinators to prepare
students, while our faculty manage the academic aspect of the internship so
that our partners are able to maximize the use of the intern in their
hosts a number of on-campus recruitment events, including career fairs each
semester attended by 800+ students and graduates seeking new career
opportunities. Career Services maintains job boards for
both full- and part-time positions. Partner organizations are also encouraged
to arrange separate interview schedules either onsite at their own locations or

discounts tuition up to 20% for any employee of a partner organization who
enrolls at the College on a full- or part-time basis. A current employee ID or
