How to Submit Your Transcripts
High School, College or University or College Transcripts
- Official Transcripts: Must be sent directly from your previous institution to Monroe University’s Registrar’s Office, 145 Huguenot Street, New Rochelle, NY 10801 or by email to registrar@monroeu.edu. Students can also bring them to campus in an official sealed envelope.
- Unofficial Transcripts: You may upload an unofficial transcript to your admissions portal for initial review.
- Translation Requirement: If your transcript is not in English, you must provide an official translation from an accredited agency.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if my school provides an official English translation?
If your university issues transcripts in both English and your native language, you may submit the official English version.
How long does the evaluation process take?
Processing times vary by service provider. We recommend submitting your transcript early to allow ample time for review.
Can I use any translation service?
Monroe University only accepts translations from accredited organizations listed above.
