    Bachelor (B.B.A.) Degree Program in Business Management

    Monroe’s Bachelor’s (BBA) in Business Management program prepares students for management positions in business and government by providing the necessary concepts and real-world experience in human and organizational aspects of management. The program also provides the analytical, creative and quantitative expertise required to utilize resources and make good business decisions. 

    Areas of study include finance, marketing, human resource management, project management and entrepreneurship. Finance careers might involve commercial banking, real estate and financial planning. For those interested in marketing, there are careers in sales, advertising, distribution management and direct marketing. Employees in human resource management could find themselves in recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation, benefits and HR coordination. Some entrepreneurship roles include manager, director and product manager. Careers in project management include program management, portfolio management, marketing and sales. Students are also eligible to sit for the associate project manager certification after completion of project management courses. 

    Following completion of the BBA degree, many students opt to go on and pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the King Graduate School of Business.

    The Bachelor's degree program in General Accounting provides students with the knowledge and skills in preparation for a career in corporate accounting and/or the foundation for an MBA degree.
