Learning Center & Library

Monroe College prides itself on ensuring that every student receives the attention that he or she needs to succeed. In addition to providing students with academic and career advising, students also have access to Monroe's Learning Resource Center. The Learning Center is a place where students can go to receive free tutoring in major subject areas in a small group or even one-on-one setting. Additionally, the Learning Center provides over 100 computer workstations for students to use for research, paper writing, checking e-mail and other academic purposes.

Between the two campuses, the Monroe College Library has over 250,000 volumes and provides students with access to a multitude of important online periodical databases, including ProQuest and Lexis/Nexis. All of the Monroe Library databases can be accessed online, so students can access the research tools they need no matter where they are.
