Through Monroe's Online Learning Program, students can earn an Associate Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or Medical Administration in just sixteen months or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Criminal Justice, or Health Services Administration within three years.

Monroe also provides students with the opportunity to earn a degree through the combination of online and on-campus courses with Monroe’s Hybrid Learning Program. Many students choose this particular option to accelerate their educational progress when availability to on-campus courses is inhibited by personal and/or professional schedules.
