Monroe College women's volleyball is getting better with each year.  Having had a few years of the normal growing pains associated with a new program, three years ago the Lady Mustangs made the playoffs for the first time.  Then in 2004 they finished 21-4 and played all the way to the Region XV championship game.  In 2005 and again in 2006 they were Region XV playoff teams.  The coach's enthusiasm, combined with a talented group of recruits each year, is turning this budding program into a powerhouse.
