Johann Mendoza

“Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.”  This quote by an ancient Roman philosopher is a message that Johann Mendoza has always lived by.  He was the second Monroe College graduate from the New Rochelle campus to apply for and receive the Leslie Robbins Jerome Scholarship for the MBA program at the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio. 

In December, 2006, Johann Mendoza graduated with his BBA in Business Administration with a minor in Hospitality Management.  He was part of the Honors Program and worked in the Learning Center as a tutor and teacher’s assistant.  He also worked as a Resident Assistant from April 2005 to December 2006.  He was the Vice President of Sife and part of the presentation team that reached use Sife National Exposition in 2006...read more
