Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar ensures the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and security of the academic records and reporting at the College.  Additionally, the Office of the Registrar interprets and applies academic policies and regulations.  Some important Registrar functions include:

  • Maintaining student records; certifying student enrollment for insurance and loan purposes; and verifying degrees
  • Reporting student grades; evaluating transfer credits; and producing transcripts for certification, licensure, and employment
  • Clearing students for graduation and issuing diplomas
  • Producing the schedule of classes and maintaining student registrations
  • Conducting institutional research and other statistical reports
