Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar supports the overall mission and objectives of Monroe College by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and security of the academic records and reporting at the College.  Additionally, the Office of the Registrar will interpret the academic policies and regulations of the College and apply them for the benefit of the institution and its constituents.  Some of the important functions of the Registrar include:

  • Maintaining student records; certifying student enrollment for insurance and loan purposes; and verifying degrees
  • Reporting student grades; evaluating transfer credits; and producing transcripts for certification, licensure, and employment
  • Clearing students for graduation and issuing diplomas
  • Producing the schedule of classes and maintaining student registrations
  • Conducting institutional research and other statistical reports

The Office of the Registrar is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service to students, alumni, faculty, staff, and other constituents of the College.  The Office utilizes available technology to provide services and information in a secure and efficient manner.
